This sauce is my version of our favorite avocado salsa that some Mexican restaurants serve in their array of condiments. It’s creamy, fresh and not too spicy. Perfect to top any burrito, taco or rice and beans. I don’t make a huge amount because it is best eaten fresh.

- Juice of one lime
- Salt
